Where is my data stored?
In day-to-day operation, your data is processed on servers in the EU. VECTR uses its own AI, and your data does not train anyone else's models. The details are set out in a data processing agreement.
Can anyone get the AI to reveal more than they're allowed to see?
No. The AI always works with the permissions of the person asking, as if it held that person's key. Whatever that person can't open, the AI can't open either, no matter how the question is phrased. The same goes for instructions someone hides in emails or documents. Permissions are enforced by the system, not decided by the AI.
Is the goal to replace employees?
No. VECTR takes over the tasks that tie up valuable time and pull focus away from what matters. The goal is to relieve the team of the digital burden, so there is room again for the actual work and for personal care of customers.
Is this a control tool for my team?
No. VECTR works for the team, not against it. You decide what VECTR may read.
How much does it cost?
After the initial analysis, you receive a clear quote. This consists of a set amount for the customized setup and a fixed monthly rate for operation. There are no unpredictable costs or billing based on variable usage.
Do I have to replace my current programs?
No, but you can. VECTR starts alongside your current programs and takes over their tasks area by area. Once VECTR handles everything a program used to do, you can switch it off. You don't have to.
